Return Policy

Before it ships:

The standard industry practice for this size and expense of product is to offer a full refund for your purchase if you notify us before it ships and we have not incured additional expenses. No harm, no foul.

Please notify us ASAP if you would like to cancel or return your order!

After it ships:

Once the product ships it is no longer within our control and we have incurred expenses. We can refund your monies and you can return the unopened product to us, but:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SAFELY SHIPPING IT BACK TO US. Also, a 15% restocking cost will be deducted from your balance. It must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged and you must notify us within 30 days of receiving it.

Please contact us for advice. Some companies require you to pay for the initial shipping costs, as well. We’ll spare you that insult.
